Jay’s passion for tattooing started from a very early age but his journey began back in 2016 when he gained his apprenticeship in a small studio local to home. For the first 2 years he worked hard building a strong portfolio that would soon earn him his place in the popular Bridge Street Tattoo studio located in his nearest city, Chester.

After working alongside some amazing artists at Bridge Street Tattoo. Jay then progressed onto opening up his own studio in Chester and after a handful of years, he decided to bring his workspace back to his roots, North Wales.

Jay has spent years refining his technique, yet remains refreshingly open and generous with his knowledge. Far from a gatekeeper, he shares tips, insights and methods with artists and clients alike, helping elevate the craft for everyone. His quality draws both national and international clients seeking the precision and artistry he’s become known for.
